The purpose of this website is to inform the user of the products that Vitalife Limited offers and to display contact details and allow orders to be created and completed electronically.
Vitalife Limited may make changes to these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via this page and you will be bound to these terms as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly and make yourself aware of any changes.
Vitalife Limited are the proprietors of all content including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, html code and data. Therefore, any unauthorised copying, dissemination, modification or broadcast of the content is prohibited without prior written consent from Vitalife Limited.
All content is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Vitalife Limited takes your privacy very seriously and does not sell, distribute or otherwise allow access to your details when submitted using the contact, stockist enquiry, or any other online form.
We do not store payment card details, and nor do we share any information gathered during the checkout process to 3rd parties.
Privacy regarding emails (and their respective email addresses) sent to Vitalife Ltd. will also be kept confidential and not sold, distributed, or otherwise intentionally displayed to a third party.
We aim to despatch all items within 48 hours of an order being placed.
Unless otherwise specified or requested, all items are sent via Second Class Royal Mail - which carries a 3-day delivery target.
All customers are eligible to the statutory 'cooling-off' period for online sales. This means, if you decide you no longer want the item(s) you ordered, for whatever reason, and provided they remain unopened and undamaged, you can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of the item(s) arriving with you, for a full refund.
We also go beyond this statutory requirement and offer a 30-day moneyback guarantee if you are unsatisfied in any way with our products.
To be eligible for our 30-day moneyback guarantee, you must have at least 75% of all the items you purchased remaining (with not more than one pack of the same item-type opened), and you must return the remaining quantity of tea to us (postage to be paid by the buyer) as proof of this.
Postage charges are non-refundable.
Vitalife Limited does not promise that your access to the website, or its content will be delivered uninterrupted, timely or error free, or that the site will be free from viruses or other harmful properties. It is your responsibility to implement satisfactory safeguards and procedures to avoid such contaminations or other harmful properties.
You expressly agree that under no circumstances will we be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other type of loss or injury resulting from your use, or downloading of any content on our web site.
Vitalife Limited cannot and do not warrant the completeness, truth or accuracy of the information or other content found on our site, or their usefulness for any particular purpose.

Matcha – Green Tea Powder

Buyer – The individual or organisation making the purchase
The buyer agrees to purchase Vitalife Matcha green tea specified during the checkout process, for the specified price, and shall be bound by the following terms.
Prices are subject to change from time to time. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep up-to-date with any price changes.
Vitalife are excluded from any liabilities that may arise from other usages of the Matcha than those recommended by Vitalife. Recommended usage is to serve the Matcha as a cup/mug of tea (using warm water and 1g of Matcha powder), or as part of a protein shake or smoothie (using 1g of Matcha powder).
The buyer is expected to pay for the Matcha before trade can take place, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Vitalife.
Green tea is exempt from VAT.
